Vesuviate Attivo-Duplex

Now, here’s something you don’t see every day, an automatic dual-dial.

Ooh fancy 👌

·

Well that’s amazing

·

Guess they're either tiny movements or it's got a lug to lug of 75mm 🤣

Pretty cool tho 😎👍🏻

·

Ladies watch movements I believe, right?

Definitely worth a read 👍🏻👍🏻

Nicely written, lots of other interesting articles there too 👏🏻👏🏻

·

that is another benefit of a microrotor

·

Wow!!

·

I likeee!!!

·

Dang…there’s your dual time travel watch with a lovely misty blue dial!

·

As someone whose hand-eye coordination is struggling to disassemble and assemble the ST36, I'm breaking out in a cold sweat thinking about how tiny, tightly fitting and compact everything must be in the two peacock movements in that watch. And, to service the watch, you must do it twice.

Peacock SL-7020, is a diminutive 17.5mm wide and 4.8mm thick — perfectly sized so that two could fit inside Vesuviate’s square case.

·

Wow this is cool! 😎👏💯🔥

That's really cool, but with 2 movements rated at -10/+30 seconds per day, the seconds hand are very unlikely to remain in sync, which would really play havoc with my OCD.

Nice. I'll keep an eye out for this one. Really cool concept.

set them for two different timezones no?

set them for two different timezones no?

Of course (what would be the use of both being set to the same time?), but having the seconds being off could be an OCD trigger. Would probably be better as 2 handers so that the difference isn't in your face.
