My girlfriend at the time and I had good timing and were able to fully experience post-COVID Japan for a couple weeks last fall. Picked this up at the Seiko boutique in Ginza. Summited Fuji with it a couple days later.

That must have been an amazing experience to climb Fuji with a watch you just bought on the same trip. I’m guessing that’ll be a keeper for life.

Spend at least 2 weeks in Japan and it’ll give you a new perspective on things
Fed would rather tank the economy and investment accounts than lower rates. I did see some great airfare deals though.
Oh yeah, airfares are like going to Hawaii right now and they have some very reasonable hotel rates, like seriosuly Holiday Inn prices for 3/4 star hotels.
