Love watches... enjoying what there is to enjoy of every piece. Favorites are, Seiko, Tudor, Rolex, Omega, JLC, Panerai and Grand Seiko.

One leg is both the same.
The Seiko offers a compelling value, is quite different in aesthetic details even if both are pandas, and most importantly it is available!
One looks like a panda, the other looks surprised
At first glance without looking at the branding I would say the Seiko is the better looking of the two. No doubt the fininshing on the Rolex will be far superior but, there's some very subtle visual differences in shape (and the lack of polishing) that gives the Seiko the win.
The darker indices and dark outlines of the hands make the Seiko more legible.
The one on the right has usable pushers

Yeah, one you can buy at an AD and the other you can't (nor would I want to) unless you spend >$30,000K on stuff for your wife...
