Hi everyone, hope you are well. Been following Watchcrunch for a while now so thought I’d join the community and introduce myself.
Here’s my small, modest collection (excluding a few quartz Skagen and Fossil watches I grew up with). I have no particular direction or goal when it comes to collecting, just purchase what I love! I did own an Omega Seamaster 300m a couple of years ago but ultimately felt too guilty for spending that much money on myself so had to let it go; coming from a working class background I could not get used to walking around with 5k strapped to my wrist as much as I absolutely loved the watch. I feel much happier and more comfortable wearing more affordable (relatively) watches.
Tissot PRX 35mm (Powermatic 80).
G-Shock GLX-5600, Kanoa Igarashi limited edition.
x2 Exacta/Venus ‘Chronographe Suisse’ chronographs- My first ‘vintage’ timepieces. Not desirable, not robust and many people consider them pieces of junk. But I think they’re lovely and they wear great. I’ll provide some links to articles about them that I found quite interesting!
Thank you for reading. I love scrolling through, reading people’s stories, learning a bit of horological history and seeing weird & wonderful collections at all price points.
Have a good weekend all!

Welcome to the crunch Sam!
For me it’s about the watch not what it costs or it’s going to make👍🏻
As an example I’m sporting a Chinese auto today on WRUW that I acquired for £19 inc tax n delivery 😎
Welcome! Nice array of watches!
