Honestly, most phones nowadays can take stunning pictures.. the OnePlus 12 is the best All Rounder from OnePlus so it'll definitely take a really stunning picture too :) (one of their more expensive phones so far, but its worth it's asking price)
Do watch camera reviews on the phone though, since different companies have their own take on the cameras on their phone. From what I see, the 12 takes great pictures :)
