SOTC 2023… Vintage now included…
First off I wanna blaming (thanking) these people ( @OmegaMan75 , @artpordiaz , @SurferJohn , @blackbookalpha , @Framper_22 , @SpecKTator ) for taking me down the rabbit hole of vintage watches. In a span of 3 weeks I amassed 12 vintage watches all purchased from eBay… I literally have no idea what to do but if you’re gonna do it … better dive all in…
My favorite: Doctors watches.
My original watch box is the blue one on the last few slides. Ended up selling my Black Bay Red METAS last week to fund more vintage watches and then traded my Panda Chronograph Tudor for two Tudor Northflag and the Tudor Ranger via trade. I’m really happy where this box sits (for now). None of the Cartiers will be leaving as they all hold special moments but the rest is always a toss up.
My favorite: Cartier Tank Francaise that I got married in.
Anywho… onto eBay to find more vintage watches 😂

Aw man, I've been dawdling on the right Doctor's watch for over a year and now I find out you've cornered the market! Seriously impressive collection. Buying vintage watches isn't for the faint hearted but it makes the watchmakers of the world smile when we bring in another repair.

It’s typically a watch with a sub second dial under the main hour/minute dial. I’ve also seen it with a large second hand in a circle case.

I honestly wasn’t a vintage guy at all… until I met these guys @SurferJohn @Framper_22 @OmegaMan75 ! They predug the hole for me… took me a few months to commit but the vintage world is definitely more fun than the modern stuff. There so many watches, design and information out there it’s crazy.
No wonder ... now I know need to bid higher 🤣
