Hey Carlos, I love practicality as well as some style. For me I like to keep it simple and clean. Massive struggle though, trying to only stick with 8 watches..thats hard I don't care who you are..😂😂😂
I have no intensions of selling or making money on a current model Omega, that's doesn't make sense to me.
That said, because I live with this watch daily, I could not stand the unsightly look of this deep gash, so for me it had to go to the repairers.
As for any other scratches my watches gain on a daily basis, Im all good with those, thats standard wear and tear. this case was leaning more towards damage rather than hairlines etc, so I got it repaired. Back to being happy now 😊
Thanks for sharing btw
The 8500 has twin barrels and I noticed as it gets to the end of its power reserve, that accuracy was still excellent
Then single barrel 8800 is still excellent but as the power reserve almost diminishes, the accuracy falls away a little, nothing to be really bothered about..but just mention it 👍
It was very easy to bond with the 38, so Id have to say this is staying..the 41.5 was lovely, but also being black dialled, another observation I found was the smudging on the glass is more evident than a lighter coloured dial..
