Today I forgot to wear a watch.. so I bought a new one

My fun story of today:
While driving at work I realised that I forgot to wear a watch ( never happened in the last 3 years). Of course it felt awkward.
at lunchbreak I decided to have a visit at my prefered Thrift store and spotted this nice omega seamaster.. guess this is Karma 😁
I paid 270 euros for this small beauty. I somehow instantly fell in love with the watch, wich is weird because it is absolutely not the kind of watch I am into. The watch is small but has a lot of wrist presence and reminds me a lot of the feeling I had with my 90’s santos ( which I should have never sold)
I don’t consider myself a vintage watch enthusiast bit I get it that those vintage pieces have something special 😎

I came in here ready to announce how a watch broke on wrist a few days and I just took it off and went about my day like a normal person. However this is a spectacular watch at a sweet price. It'll look even better when polished.

They had a new battery put in before beingmsold. Seems to run fine so far 👌
Phenomenal find. My thrift stores just have a small box by the cash register with some smashed Casio's.
