HELP ME
I'm going insane. I'm trying to find an affordable alternative to the a lange & Sohne Saxonia for about $250 there is literally nothing out there so please help me.

You might have to add two more zeros to your budget and get the real deal😉. Or here is a fake alternative https://www.ukwatches.is/product-category/alange-sohne for under 400 for no guarantees.. Not a promoter of fakes but not everyone can afford a real overpriced watch.
You could maybe look at getting a second hand Junghans or Zeppelin. @Uhrologe did a couple of posts about German Watch Brands that might be interesting.
You might look at a Sea Gull dress watch. They offer some options that might just scratch that itch.
Not for $250 but the Hamilton Intramatic
250 is a very tough range, If you are looking for mechanical.
But it's not impossible if you can accept some cutted corners in your expectation.
Those who come closest to the Lange & Söhne style are those of Zeppelin watches (POINTtec-Group).
On their website some model are "sold out" but don't mind. Their are still possible to find on third parties. You can also find them often with discounts.

It shouldn’t be too difficult to find something in the vein of that Germanic minimalist style; but it’ll definitely be hard to find anything comparable to that beautiful handset.

It's easier to find an affordable alternative for Rolex, Omega, Blancpain, than for A. Lange & Sohne...no??

The site is scary 😧. Who in their right mind would buy a “ genuine” luxury watch off the net after visiting this site !!!! You could sooooo get ripped off without buying off an AD !!!!!! Thanks for the education, i was shocked 😳.

I think you hit it on the head🎯the Zeppelin are darn good looking watches. I have no experience with the brand but they look good.. Thay would be an excellent choice for the OP. JMO, enjoy the hobby

It’s $180, minimalist-ish, but most importantly, it has a pretty good approximation of that fantastic Lange handset. 🍻
Check out the Seiko SACM171 (JDM) if you have a slim wirst (Case size-34mm) and don't mind having a quartz movement (accurate to +/- 10sec per YEAR).
You can find one on Sakura Watches for $275 now.
