I can't say I've ever had a "bad" experience. Some sales people have been better than others but never what I'd consider bad.At one point in the early 2000's I had 4 AD's within 6 miles of my house. Down to 3 now.
When my local Rolex AD handed me my new Explorer 36 in a plastic shopping bag.
When I collected my Rolex, I put the green Rolex bag into a plastic shopping bag for the walk back to the car park. I had to supply my own plastic shopping bag!

Customer service like that needs reporting directly to Rolex,I'm sure they would be interested
Poor advice and knowledge of its own watches. The worst was telling me the band was 22mm when it was actually 21mm.
I had no reason not to believe him : old shop, experienced owner.
Another one : the seller did not understand what I meant by « automatic » watch. He started to lecture me about quartz and mechanical watches.
Of course, I thanked him and left 😅
TAG AD telling me this year was the 16th Anniversary and not the 60th Anniversary of the Carrera.

You could always save up your plastic bags you plan to recycle and drop them off with this fine AD instead
I dress plainly so I largely get ignored. When my girlfriend is with me, we get bombarded with salespeople.
