It reminds me of an old wide Soviet rectangular table clocks my grandma had in her house
Actually Soviet may be the way to go on this. If vintage (70s/80s) is ok then I'm sure there are several Russian options.
Otherwise there's a 70s Omega (more a rounded square like the Mido) or the 70s Seiko 5 Actus, which is TV shaped. I think there are several Seiko references from that era.

Im not really into Soviet wrist watches, but I’m all for a vintage stuff.
TV Omegas are fine, but I have my preferences in that department. Seiko tho? Might look at that direction, thanks.
I really enjoyed typography on Moels. Fonts are looking insanely good. For some reason I can’t resist fonts and it can break or make the watch for me
Have it on my wishlist somewhere but it wears very thick from what I've seen
I don't mind thickness some much at this size as I wear divers a lot and am quitewide wristed is it so big to be a cuff catcher um 👍thanks for the heads up I'll have to find some wrist shots online .

Check out “Brew”. They do some very cool tv case watches. Met someone with a lovely green dial one just the other day.
How about the Brew watch!?

Thought the same!
You can also get this Seiko SNKP27 at Macys online for 198.69 right now!
Sort of TV-adjacent, the Manhattan line from MAEN is mighty tempting:

Literally TV model. 😁
I think exsctly emerald will be difficult.
The Bell & Ross cames closest to your expectation, but due to the gold case and bracelet for ridiculous 35K.
Michel Herbelin Cap Camerad starts from 500.
Rado True Square is actually more olive green (I'm owning it).
The Maen ultrathin can be preordered for arojnd 1,2K and is handwound.
Edit:
I forgot the Alexander Shorokhoff Square & Round
I love this site. Such a committed group of enthusiasts always willing to help. I was at a loss to help here but I’m glad others stepped in.
This #glashutte below is probably not emerald green but is the closest I can think of.

There are a couple listed on eBay, which is where I got mine (dealer in Ukraine 🇺🇦)

The first thing I thought of was the Lanco which I've seen a lot on eBay over the years.
This one isn't really officially TV shaped, but it still fits the general aesthetic:
Then I remembered that there's a green version of my Atlantic Monza (note that the bracelet isn't the original on this one).
