Whoa…is this a new release? I have the regular version but this would match my shoes.

Yea, just got the email it came out. IFLwatches.com

Those Js are 🔥

·

Not sure about this. Looks cool from a distance but it’s too much like paint splatters up close.

·

It's messy on a textured dial. If it was flat then maybe it would look like a star field, but this just looks like splatter to me. It just doesn't work.

·

with tappiserie dial it looks too busy.

·

I like it. It’s artistic and fun.

·

I think it looks only good on professional unnatural pictures.

I guess it looks like a dirty shirt of a child after painting leassons.

It's again something that is over promoted by some youtubers (Nico SWG) because they are payed for. Especially Nico usually hates aftermarket changes on watches. Except if he is payed for.

This "interstelar" topic would fit better if they paint drops would have been lume drops which glows in the dark.

This watch is great example to keep a distance to youtubers (influencers) and don't take every word for real....especially when they promote watches.

Great looking watch my wife recently got me the quartz with the green dial. But any prx does it for me enjoy you watch. 👌

Ok Dr evil

Adding more artwork to the watch.

I love the design but I also hate that they take so much extra for paint "splatter" that toddlers can do.

·

Fun design but not really worth the $1500 price tag.

·

Interesting if not my cup of tea, but for staid Tissot this is nonetheless refreshing.

It seems that they are rushing the releases of these new flavors of the week and might want to pace things a little better.

So they can use the Interstellar name without legal hassle from the owners of the truly awful movie of the same name?

This is not official release from Tissot.

Its a custom model from IFLwatches, essentially they take the original dial to paint over it and put it back in the watch. They charge you $1600 for this particular model.

They call it the interstellar concept. More like referring to word ”interstellar" rather than the movie. If it was associated with the movie, they would be even more expensive for sure lol

Well that explains a lot. Tissot may want to take a hint and be a bit more experimental. I seem to recall some brouhaha over customized Rolex that are no longer allowed, so I'm surprised this is a thing.

Love this piece!

·

I keep having this fear that I’d grow tired of a fancy dial within a year.

·

I think it looks great but I'm really not keen on the massive price hike...

It’s not the 1st thing this company customized the PRX. They specialize in customizing watches.

·

They should have left the texture off the dial. Having it and the sparkles takes away from both.

·

Looks like the combination of a 5-year old with a paintbrush and a PRX.

The texture with the dots doesn't look good and it doesn't look like there's any sort of design work at play. Just seems like a little bit of random paint being sold for an extreme upcharge.

Now this was actually helpful, thx

·

I find it quite nice custom job but for that price it is a no for me dog.

·

Meh. IMO too expensive for just a few dots of colour. There is a video on YT with more macro shots and you can clearly see that some dots have air bubbles entrapped. That’s really a no go for me and let’s me question their quality control

This watch is timeless
