Considering the green GS you have or the burgundy variant for a while since they offer the beats of rice bracelet for it.
However the best green watch for me is my green dragon!

yeah have seen the jade dial variant, but I must say, that I am massively underwhelmed. The jade looks strange... I think they have glued a thin slice of translucent jade on a brass or rose gold plate and this leads to that weird color. Never have seen high grade jade with this dumb brownish tone...
When you see the press material, you can see that with further processing the awesome jade-green gets lost...

Apparently, according to the British YT guy Vinnie, the Moonshine Speedmaster has taken a dive in price in the secondary market. Looks like WatchBox has one for under $30K - which is a pretty substantial discount from the $42K list price. So deals are out there if you are interested in this reference.
Unfortunately for me, I purchased at the Omega boutique. Fortunately for me, I'm not an "investor" in watches and the drop in value doesn't matter to me.
It is a beautiful watch, but super heavy with all that gold. You definitely always know when you are wearing it 😉

One of my latest, watches, the GS Urban Bamboo SBGJ259. just a stunning dial, but a little too green for some, for which I say, hogwash.

Like you, I had an Alpinist before learning it was fake and giving it away, so one day I will fill the void with the upgraded GS version, the SBGH271.

Love that bamboo GMT dial. If there was a simple 3 hander, I'd have one as well.
II find peace and calmness in a bamboo forest. This beautiful one was a few blocks from our house when we last lived there.
