WHY DO WE LOVE MILITARY WATCHES?!;)
I personally absolutely love them! I’m a black dial lover to start with so there’s the first tick!
Second tick goes to there simplicity in telling the time! and yes they look simple and the designs dont make you go WOW!!! But they just look so god darn good!
the 3rd reason for me is that these little mechanical tools were used in conflicts from history in sometimes life or death situations! Giving the wearer a reliable companion that when called upon, will not let you down and always be by your side………… as long as you don’t have your hands up!!!!!!!

Time speed and distance measured the most important information needed in a war zone and the humble timepiece did it and we mere morals get to wear it....how great is that, cheap ones expensive ones boring ones complicated ones who cares just get yourself a watch and wear it with pride.
No nonsense tools. Legible time telling with no frills. I have that same Hamilton and the simple design actually does make me go WOW-it's a pleasure to wear that one.

Watches are made to track time. These watches do just that. There’s nothing frilly or extraneous in them. True simplicity. In life or death conflicts the last thing one needs or wants is to be distracted by superfluous complications and artistry. That’s what love about them.
Snap! Military watches are great because they just do what is required - nothing more and nothing less. They also happen to be great on different straps.
