If you had a lawyer, that is a fake, would you be ok with that? I mean they could be just as good, but he's not really a lawyer.

So if you came up with something that is original to you and your brand, you had it copyrighted, then someone comes along and copies it (regardless of quality, can be good or bad), you would be ok with that? We are "talking" about copies here right, not homages? Just found it strange that people on here seem ok with the idea of buying fakes (on purpose). IMO FWIW.
If you owned a business selling a specific product, and someone else comes along and sells a fake of that (probably at significantly higher volumes and at lower price point), would you be accepting of that?
