Any recommendations on a good quartz Diver?

I like the Dan Henry and great price

Momentum M50 MK2. Canadian micro brands worn by 1st responders and Cdn Coast Guard. Waaaaaaay underrated.

I'm a huge Citizen Promaster fanboy.

Most divers below 250 are not ISO certified. You need to get into the Prospex line up to get ISO certified divers. While it does not matter is impressive to get a ISO for under 200.

Spinnaker are usually a good bet. What sort of price are you looking at? And have you got any requirements?

·

I must take some better pics, but this MWC military diver has not been off my wrist since purchased a month ago, it has the look and everything I wanted specs etc sapphire screw-crown.

Max budget of a couple of hundred. Something that looks good and is a wear and go

Looks like a beast

A bit over your 'couple hundred' budget, but this is what I'd grab. Not sure how big your wrist is or what size watch you're looking for but this one sits at 38mm. Added benefit of solar so you don't even have to worry about battery changes.

+1 Really appreciate DH utilizing the VH31 mecha quartz as well --wish more budget brands would do the same.

I like their watches and one day might be a DH, a VH31 is an underused movement.

Tag Heuer Aquaracer Quartz. Look for a good used one. Mine is from 2020.

It's pretty awesome little over budget at £240 but worth it.

For that price you could go mechanical and get an Orient. Definitely the Mako or you might find a Kamasu

If you want to stick to quartz I’d look to the Seiko Prospex line and you can get this

Solar diving chronograph for around that price.

Plenty of options in that price range if you look at Seiko, Citizen and Casio those would just be my picks.

I've seen that one 38mm tad small though I prefer 40-42mm

As others have mentioned, Seiko Solar 38.5. I love mine, classic style and honestly a modern interpretation of a submariner.

I'd also WHOLEHEARTEDLY recommend Momentum. Again as another posted VASTLY underrated.

My two favs are their Sea Quartz and their M-Ocean 38. One due to the actual lineage of Chronosport to Momentum, and Magnum PI, never forget the OG Tom Selleck his heyday.

And two, they offer a robust, field diver, at 38mm with a countdown bezel option.

·

Quartz diver it has to be……

The Duro cracking watch for the money and you can easily mod it

And for £200 you could get 4ish different dial bezel combos and grow your collection quickly it’s a win win win situation

Citizen is your best bet if you want a proper dive watch and that is quartz for around a couple of hundred. You have quite a few options between $200-300.

For a cult following I would say Casio Duro it will also leave you with a lot of coin left over

·

You can pickup a Mathey-Tissot GMT Quartz in that price range.
