NWA: first Rolex ⌚
So this was unexpected, but after waiting over 13 months, I got *that call* yesterday, that the 40mm Rhodium dial YM1 I asked about ages ago, arrived for me. ⌚
Currently the only modern Rolex model I have any real interest in and it suits my low key tastes pretty perfectly 👍🏽

Congratulations on this beautiful YM40!! I have the same one but in 37mm. It was my first big boy watch and it’ll always have a special place in my heart. Same, I wore one of those sub homages (Pagani Design) for a few months and got quickly bored of the style, plus I see genuine and homage subs (Invictas) everywhere

So my AD got different dial colors during that time period (dark blue, chocolate brown) much sooner and asked me but I passed on them because I specific wanted rhodium
This is the model I would pick as well if I got a Rolex. The slimmer and more elegant profile compared to some of the other professional models (GMT Master II, Sub) makes all the difference for me.
