I generally change my watch daily or at least every two days. But I also change the watch to suit an occasion or a particular activity I am doing. There have been times when I changed my watch 3 times in day.
I have also made the beginner mistake of getting into watches, buying far too many and then sitting there staring at 40 watches deciding what to wear in the most annoying way possible 😅 I find that process very difficult! You love and learn, right? Haha.

My GMT hand is set to Philippines time +8hr when I am in England because my wife lives there. And then it is set to England GMT time when I'm with her in the Philippines. I also use the rotating bezel to adjust for the local time in Qatar as it is my usual transfer flight stop-off.
I absolutely love GMT watches to keep me orientated in time at a glance no matter where I am ☺👌
