Lume shots tho?
I took a few shots of my SRPD in the dark a few days ago and have been sitting on them waiting for a chance to post them in a thread. It occurs to me that I havn’t created a thread in a bit and tho it isn’t the most original idea damnit, I wanna see more. It was fun setting up and photographing my watch instead of just snapping a wrist shot, so why not try it yourself if you haven’t before. Arnt we all deep down just little kids who love glow-in-the-dark toys?
So to all the homies in the back, let’s see ‘em, show us your favorite lume shot!

Nice shots! These were my first two attempts at capturing lume. Still trying to figure out how much external lighting to use to balance the detail in the dial without weakening the lume effect.

The tittle had me thinking of the YouTuber Lume shot lol. Definitely have a little kid in all of us. That’s the side that makes us reach for the wallet more then we would like to do a new watch. Or play with the lume or spin the bezel lmao 🤣

That’s the truth!! I think that’s why I love watches so much, they are the ultimate gadget. Combining small scale precision, aesthetic design, practical function, low key fidget-able features and glow-in-the-dark fun all into one package that I can take anywhere any time. Good times
