You should watch @Max 's video on the updated version, makes good points about both! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=H5FM20B-mQE

Max made a video on 556? That's a delight! Thanks man!

·

Yes and then I will envy you 😁

Sinn makes very utilitarian watches. If that is your style, you likely won’t find a better brand.

Look into the Damasko DS30, it has scratch resistant steel, an ETA movement, and is thinner.

·

Yes and definitely watch @Max video . Great video

·

Haha, it's like one mind 🤯

·

Pull the trigger!

Cheers!

As an owner of this watch, I can say you won't be disappointed.

I have a 556i which I love so yes you should buy one.

It's really a matter of taste. It's a great watch. But it doesn't catch my personsl emotions.

What comes into my mind for a perfect everyday watch are watches from the swatch group with powermatic 80 movements.

My favorite is the Tissot Gentleman. I guess It's even one of the few Powermatic users which contains silicium. So easy to care and less services.

Also the 80 hours power reserve makes it quite comfortable. Only downside is the bracelet which I didn't liked to much.

Another perfect affordable everyday wstch for me is the Seiko Alpinist.

72 hours power reserve resistable, good looking and an amazing lume.

I have the 556i.  It's an amazing watch and one of my favourites in the collection. Strap monster, versatile and wears very comfortable.  Highly recommended

·

Hard to go wrong with the 556 I. It’s a great watch.

Great watch! At this price point you should also look into the Longines Conquest 39mm, crazy specs for the price and truly a "go anywhere do anything" watch.

Have you tried one on? May be prudent to see if you like it on your wrist first

556 i ou 556 A, depending on your taste. In my eyes, the 556 A is the reincarnation of the original Rolex 1016, as its creators intended
