This. It's the lack of bevelled edges thats a major issue. And it's not like Longines can't do bevelled edges at this price point. My 37mm Spirit from a couple years ago has super crisp bevels and crisp brushing/polishing all over the place.

C. I live in the UK where people wear long sleeves and coats eight months of the year so they could all be wearing sawn off hand cuffs or Credor Eichi II's or friendship bracelets for all I know.
