Calling all London-based watch sellers!

I've finally reached a point where I'm looking to sell a few watches and my preference would be to do this analog-fashion via a bricks-and mortar business to avoid any digital pitfalls and issues with postal services.

I'm probably looking to divest 2-3 watches for a total value of ~£5k, nothing high-end but I just want to do this quick, ideally in a single transaction and not have to deal with anyone flaky.

I'm aware of companies like Kibble Watches and thinking about giving them first refusal on what I'm looking to sell but wanted to tap into the WC hive mind and get some feedback/ideas/advice from other UK southeast-based users who have firsthand experience of selling, particularly to London-based businessess.

Thanks all!

James Kibble is very good, has given me fair prices and very responsive to messages - I can recommend.

Trotters in Liverpool Street . Very good to deal with when I sold a watch , fair price and instant payment . I’d recommend them 👍🏼

Thanks, not one I was familiar with. Their website is very high-end focused and makes me think they might have limited interest in what I'm selling - do you know if they have any interest in 'entry-level' watches (Longines, Hamilton) and microbrands?

I think they mainly deal in high end watches but it might be worth asking them the question , they were very straightforward when I spoke with them. I’ve always found it tough when trying to sell less expensive “ entry level” watches , I usually end listing on eBay but that inevitably brings a lot of time wasters to the table !! Good luck either way 👍🏼
