Best looking watch?

Forget brand, forget hype, forget price. What in your eyes is the best looking:

- sports watch

- dress watch

- chronograph

Before you answer, really think about why you like it, is it because of its pure aesthetics or everything else we watch lovers like to consider.

The dress watch that looked the best on me was the Cartier Santos, which would be my dress watch vote. I'm partial to and own a Tag Heuer Monaco, and because it is unique, that would be my chronograph vote. Sports watch is a very broad category. Since I'm looking at it on my wrist right now, my vote would probably be the Longines Conquest. It has diver watch water resistance and is dressy enough to be a one-watch collection, and is downright gorgeous.

From a pure aesthetics standpoint, dress watches allow watch makers to really show off their design and manufacturing skills in use of materials/precious metals, case polishing/finishing, dial design, markers, and handsets, with less emphasis on practicality/functionality.

My grail and personal favorite is the Omega Seamaster 300 because of vintage looks, sandwich dial, movement, and capability. I know I have simple tastes though.

This is a great thought provoking question as best looking is so subjective that you’re going to get answers all over the place. Just like if you asked who the most beautiful woman/man in the world is.

I'll assume the Invicta Joker watch won't be included 🤪. However,

Diver: Omega Seamster 300 007 just has timeless look.

Dress: Longines Master Collection 3dial calendar.

Sport/Chrono: Rolex Daytona or Tag Monaco Gulf.

Great conversation starter!

For me, these would be my choices:

Sports Watch: (Depends on the sport) Rolex Explorer 1 or 2. Rugged design, Rolex quality & high functionality. OR G-Shock GM2100-1A CasiOak. Indestructible and looks amazing!

Dress Watch: Rolex Datejust 41 with fluted bezel & jubilee bracelet. Unmistakable, timeless Rolex design. Can be dressed up or down. At home with a tuxedo or jeans and a sweater… whatever dressed up means to you.

Chronograph: Omega Speedmaster Professional. It’s the chronograph all other chronos aspire to be. Rich heritage, unbeatable quality and movement.

- sports watch: H.Moser & Cie. Streamliner (all of them!)

- dress watch Breguet Classique (maybe the 5140)

- chronograph Zenith Chronomaster Revival El Primero A3817

Chronograph no doubt the Heur monaco (sp) I could stare at it all day and not get tired ... wish i had one. Oh and in black. Sports watch got me though. But my choice is from Patek Phillipe the annual calendar travel timer that came ouy last year. I cried knowing ill never see one in the metal but was and still am in awe of it. If only

but there is a correct answer to most beautiful woman in the world and that’s Mrs. Billable Hours. (i am contractually obligated to say so.)

but now that we’ve gotten that out of the way, the correct answer is in fact [REDACTED FOR MY OWN HEALTH AND SAFETY].
