I never really had a GADA watch, and didn't really consider it a requirement in my collection. But since getting my Steinhart Ocean 39 Adventure, I have realised how versatile it is and if I had to label one of my watches as a 'GADA', it would be this one.

And, my new hobby of photography of course!
@riverstoneflyfishing - as promised!
@Maddox - Chris, still appreciative of the Steinhart recommendation.
What is your GADA watch?

Great photos! My gada is my Seiko alpinist. It's dressy enough with its gold and leather strap, but also perfect for the outdoors.
Mine would be one of these

Both very nice and can see them as being very versatile. Love the look of the Casio Oceanus. 👌

Very nice, Seiko divers always look good on a jubilee. Orange and blue work so well together. 👌

Yes, i keep looking at the Alpinist and think that it could work for so many situations/scenarios. Can see how this would be an excellent GADA watch 👌
I suppose it would be a toss up between the Sealander and the Edifice.

Yep, they look like the could be worn for anything, and likely work with a number of straps and bracelets 👌
Great pics and nice watch
Whatever happens to be on my wrist, most watches are GADA IMHO.

Yep I agree, I can pretty much wear any of my watches for anything.
Amazing compositions here, Dan 💯 I'm particularly fan of the work shot! I will definitely copy that, at one point 😄
I don't really have a GADA watch. With that said, my default go-to is the Speedmaster. Its monochrome look goes with just about anything, and it can be dressed both up and down.
It might be a cliche, but I love the design. The fact that it's hardly changed in so many years is also something I value (a lot more than its moon-related fame).
Dateless sub for me. Great for all occasions

Thank you. The Steinhart doesn't have much AR coating so the reflections on the crystal are a struggle. As for compositions, I'm trying to work on themes more instead of cramming in some randomness. Almost tell a story with a photo.
Agree with you in the design of the Speedy, simply a timeless look. 👌

Reflections are a pain. Here are a couple of Watchstudies post which might help a bit:

The themes really show! It's clear that you have a concise story with every picture, and it adds a lot to the story the picture tells. Great work, keep it up 😄
That's for me my Aqua Terra! 😄
The Serica, great for every occasion : work, holidays or travels with the 12 hours second time zone

Seems like a lot of people rate the Omega AT as their GADA 👌

Excellent 👌
Thank you. I had a Nikon D5300 and a Manual Focus 50mm f1.8 from when I had a dabble in Astrophotography. So I've dusted them off and trying my hand at some normal photography
Well done!
Those are some awesome shot ideas, I hope you don't mind me stealing for a post one day 😅
If I had to choose, mine would be the Mako II. None of my watches I think quite fit GADA, but this is probably the closest.
I’ve just launched a watch on kickstarter that leans towards a diver but several have described it as a GADA watch
Nothing else for me
