So, we got lucky today! Awesome start of the weekend.

I’ve been sharing with you crunchers how hard it has been to score any cool watches here in Switzerland. Well, my wife scored one today. Pure luck and persistency (from my part!).

She is definitely going to enjoy this green beauty going forward.

Was it a walk in or did you “get the call”?

Here in Tokyo I feel mere mortals are still very far from being able to get lucky, still long queues to enter an AD and nothing available, or at least that’s what they told me the couple of times I’ve been able to get in.

This is an AD that has been very persistent in telling me to go try a bigger AD in nearby cities because "they never get anything," but I sent him an email this morning to check in and he called me 20 minutes later to let me know that "I was a lucky man today."
