Thoughts on this one?
I’m looking at frederique constant, found this one with a discount to 450€. I like the minimalist 37mm dress watch look but I cannot find a lot about it on the internet. What are your thoughts crunchers?

I had an FC slimline. It’s extremely thin… very well finished dial and hands, and a solid Ronda ultra thin quartz movement that is serviceable and repairable. I never wore it so I gave it to a friend who wears it Constant-ly (pun intended) 😅
Oh but change the strap immediately 😭way too stiff

Doesn't look like 37mm, though (placement of the date window/small seconds) - but maybe the small bezel is simply distorting the proportions a little.

Looks like a lot of watch for the money. Has similar appeal as a Nomos Tangente or Citizen Silver Leaf Enamel. Classic traditional look will never go out of style, so if you are into the minimalist, almost Bauhaus dress style this can always be used as your dress watch should the day come when more complex expensive watches infiltrate your collection.
FC has a lot of good products, I dont think you can go wrong with it.
I don't know anything TBH But it looks like a Patek Philippe Calatrava 5196G which can only be a good thing.
Love the dial. With a discount, I think it’s a great buy. Especially if the dial speaks to you. I like FC as a brand. Had a slimline I bought in 2016. Before watch frenzy took the mainstream. They’ve always provided quality above the price, and discounts are excellent.
#frederiqueconstant is a very underrated brand. The watch has a classic clean look for the cost is perfect. I have one FC and absolutely love it for its design.

With how thin the watch is it is undoubtedly a quartz movement.
I love the superthin quartz FCs...like this one from the collection...
Mine cost $295, but that was many years ago now (more than a decade).
450 euros seems like a decent price (I'm assuming that price includes VAT).

Why are these not talked about more? This is exquisite. Wearable dimensions. Thin and elegant. Lovely stepped case design. Gorgeous little onion crown. Beautifully executed date window and seconds subdial. Plus the hand set I’m a big fan of. Amazing choice in my opinion
