I bought this BB 58 bronze boutique edition at the beginning of October and since then it literally never leaves my wrist. During this time, I kept asking myself when the fascination for an almost rudimentary diver's watch design would become part of my everyday life.
Hence the question in the round:
How long is the average honeymoon phase?
And btw: Have a happy and peaceful Christmas ๐

This year (which was a blockbuster year for watches for me) the honeymoon phase was around a month. But I rotate between a lot of watches so each one doesn't get a lot of back to back wrist time. So each time I come back to a piece it still feels new.
This is a fantastic piece one of my most favouritesโฆ!! enjoy it and keep on ticking โฆโญ๏ธ๐ฏโฑ๏ธ
Honeymoon faze is around 15 minutes. Buyers remorse is around the same but is usually replaced with the what to buy next faze.
Stunning, stunning piece for sure! ๐
My santos. Usually every few weeks I strap it on and I always say to myself. Wow! I love this watch!
Beautiful! How is it going with patina and any wrist coloration since you've been wearing it as a daily?
The 3-6-9 of the Black Bay Bronzeโs looks so good. If the bronze case and brown dial didnโt just about match my skin tone, I may have bought that same watch when I tried it on.
Congrats!
Love the Bronze, it will patina wonderfully over time.
Had a look at one with AD, it's a really nice watch.

I actually expect it to be more intense. Mine just got noticeable darker. There isnโt a green hue like with other bronze watches because of the alloy Tudor is using. The gold just settled beautifully.
To test the wrist colouration I even wore it constantly during the night. If there was anything noticeable then a slight shadow which got right away
You fighting off the patina or is this an old pic?
