I would buy it. Still have two Tsuyosas, had at least four before I sold the tiffany and the regular green one some weeks ago. This would increase the Tsuyosas to three again 😄
My recommendation falls down on the watches I bought for my collection. I would consider the Omega Aqua Terra, the SMP300 or the BB58. If you are comfortable with scratches, you should go for the AT. If not I would rather go on the SMP300 or the BB58, because the polished bracelet of the AT catches scratches even by just looking at it.
The SMP300 is definetely a level higher compared to the BB58. The BB58 has better proportions for smaller wrists. You should try them on and decide what fits for you. Maybe the SMP300 would have the grail feeling from your teenage years also for you.
My thoughts on the Breitling and both Longines:
Both Longines are absolutely nice watches but if it should be something special, I would choose a watch I couldn‘t buy without the special event. As you wrote, you already own some watches at the 2k price range. Sure the both longines are over 2k but definitely closer within reach (or within your common range on the used market).
The Breitling is a nice watch, but in my opinion (also tried it some years ago) far behind all the other mentioned watches. The MSRP of the Breitling is quite high but on the used marked (in Germany) its absolutely within the 2K range. Also for me the watch is missing „the love for the detail“ the price range should assume.
In the end you need to pick what gives you the best feeling. I think every of the mentioned watches have pro‘s and con‘s, also every taste is different ✌🏼
