First of all, awesome piece and a fantastic heirloom. So happy for you that this stayed in the family. I don't know of a watch maker, but I wanted to recommend https://shopgoodwill.com/ as a source for getting potential UG parts in the future in addition to the usual Ebay's and Etsy's stores. Usually there are broken watches you can bid for (Rolex, Longines, Zodiac, etc.) and that can help with part sourcing by cannibalizing the broken one to fix yours. Much luck in finding a good watchmaker for the job! 🍀

I have not seen the compass bezel on any Seiko Turtle, and I think it looks killer!
Sorry for your loss of this cool timepiece. The U1 was the watch on the Sinn catalogue that made me look at the brand at the first place. Hope you get a new piece soon! ⌚

Hello @TheJoker007 , sorry to hear about your problem's concerning the hand changes. I don't know if this will help, but other Ebay/Aliexpress sellers seem to differentiate ETA/Miyota/NH series hands even if they use same stock photo. I would think they are different and can't be made to fit.
