Is this ebay seller giving me the runaround? Update

I had messaged the seller asking them how many days do I have to return the item? Their response It says it was delivered to you. I then asked no how many days do I have meaning myself? Their response again says it was delivered to you. I then responded with Never mind. I’m not even gonna bother anymore I’m now out $18.00 for watch hands that don’t even fit the movement I needed them for. Even though the description said they would. I did managed to find other set of similar hands on Aliexpress for $11 cheaper. The thing is it’s not the money I’m out of it’s the simple fact this seller isn’t taking responsibility of admitting they screwed up my order and has never once said We’re sorry we gave you the wrong Watch hands instead it’s like they putting the blame on me for not installing them correctly.Believe me I tried not gonna force something that’s not gonna work.

This thread as to do with my previous thread I made last night about me accidentally Turing my Invicta Pro Diver 1953 in a lefty. Has I stated before the hour and minute hands went on and stayed on with no problems but the seconds hand would go on but was swinging loosely around the dial. At first I thought I wasn’t putting it on right I’ve done this a dozen times before with other watches. I messaged the seller telling them they sent my hands for a ETA 2824/2836 conversation has followed

Hello @TheJoker007 , sorry to hear about your problem's concerning the hand changes. I don't know if this will help, but other Ebay/Aliexpress sellers seem to differentiate ETA/Miyota/NH series hands even if they use same stock photo. I would think they are different and can't be made to fit.

The funny thing was the hour and minute hands stood on fine with no problems but the moment I would put on the seconds hand, it would either be loose no matter how hard to pressed down or would come off completely. I have them packaged and set to return them. Now I’m just waiting for my Aliexpress replacement hands.
