Birthday Surprise: Seiko Alpinist Glacier and Uncle Straps Bracelet
Last Thursday, I found a Seiko Alpinist Glacier on Chrono24 at a great price and in perfect condition.
The next day, I ordered a BOR bracelet from Uncle Straps. Guess what, on my birthday, DHL and DPD showed up at my door with this packages.
Either way, I'm never selling this. I just wanted to show off this beautiful watch.

Happy birthday! The glacier looks like an ablolute gem! Big fan of the beads of rice from uncle! Wearing it now on my vaer diver it made the wearing experience feel like 20% better

I had my watchmaker remove all my cyclopses from my Seiko's. My watchmaker worked at Rolex for many years and told me that's where was taught how to properly remove them. Do NOT use a torch You will ruin your watch. Torch will heat up the gasket and oils inside.
If you want to use a the heat method you need to remove the crystal. Max did a video on WatchCrunch on removing a cyclops from a turtle. Use that as your starting point
