Hello, I’m a high school student that recently has fell into the watch rabbithole over the past year. I buy whatever’s cheap and what I think looks nice. I feel like I have a good mix of everything from luxury to sports to vintage. Anyways, what do you guys think of it, and what should be the next pickup?

Looks good so far! Buy what you like and can afford, WITHOUT accruing any debt!!!! Most importantly, be sure to enjoy what you already have before buying more!!
When I was in high school I always only had one watch at a time. So based on that it's an impressive collection. Its also great to grow and refine your tastes with affordable watches so any mistakes aren't catastrophically expensive.
Plus, growing in the hobby is part of the fun. If someone gave you a Rolex Submariner tomorrow you'd miss out in a lot of experiences.
I waited until I was 45 years old before making my first really big purchase, an Omega Seamaster even though I started wanting one when I was 18 or 20 years old.
Enjoy the journey and don't rush it.

I agree with those who say to buy what you like and most importantly can afford.
That being said, I noticed that you only have one dress watch. And, I noticed that you have a couple of Timex watches.
Right now Timex is leading the charge for smaller vintage style dress watches with the reintroduction of the Marlin. Why not pick up a 70's era Marlin? You could wear it to one of those school dances, I mean if they still have those. It's been a while since I was in HS.
BTW, you can pick up vintage Marlins pretty cheap.

Better collection than mines I was just a ONE watch collector. Mostly a Casio or Timex.
