Honestly, dealing with scratches is more of a personal thing. I’m of the approach that scratches are part of every day life and actually gives the watch meaning/purpose. Sure micro scratches from pulling my hands in and out of my pockets have developed but nothing too ridiculous. I think it actually works with the industrial aesthetic of the exposed screws.
THANK YOU to everyone in this great community for all the celebratory greetings! I really do appreciate it. I just spent my first ‘week on the wrist’ and it has been a pleasure to wear. As a daily, this would be great due to the reasonable weight, lack of scratching on a traditional bezel from sleeves/pockets, and 100m WR. Have a great holiday for those celebrating!
Such a pleasure to hang out with all of you! Hours passed by filled with stories shared and beautiful timepieces. Thanks to Pejman and @SurferJohn for hosting another legendary event!!! - Love my vintage Citizen Evo-Drive 200m diver 🤿
You’re welcome! I only started getting watch books. It’s nice to see nicely photographed historic examples to analyze and the purpose of the features tied with historical moments in time and the innovations of that same era.
