Is this too small on my wrist?
Personally I feel it's a bit small but does it look small enough that it may look like I am wearing my wife's watch 😅

Understandable - both your annoyance and people's obsession with G-Shocks.
I only own one, but considering buying one more, because of hands.
It's on the limit of being too big IMO.
