SOTC 2024
So finally putting out my collection. I know it is a bit heavy on casios but trying to bring in some variety and pare down the collection. Happy to hear your thoughts. Most of these were acquired in 2023 so I am hitting a pause (two more watches are pending delivery) and saving up for my grails (GS Shunbun and Omega Speedy Professional).
Box 1 (L-R): HMT Kohinoor quartz, HMT Kohinoor automatic, Tissot T-Classic perpetual calendar, Seiko Sportura Chronograph, Seiko Solar Chronograph, Timex Marlin mechanical 34mm, Timex Marlin Automatic 40mm, Timex Expedition Scout, Citizen Ecodrive Perpetual calendar (oldest watch in my collection c.2005) , Argos Apollo II mechanical (Indian microbrand).
Box 2 (L-R) my Casio box: GShock square DW5600, GBD200 Stormtrooper, G9000 Mudman (my first GShock c.2009), Casio Royale AE1200, AW80 Ana-digi with tele memo, Casio Duro, Casio A1000 (Full metal Casio with Mother of Pearl dial), AQ800E Ana-Digi, Casio MRW200H.
Box 3 (L-3) mostly undesirable/fashion watches/gifts: Couple of Fossils, one Giordano which surprisingly has lasted since 2008 , a Skagen that my cousin gifted me and a cheap SKMEI digital which I bought during pandemic. May sell the non-gifts eventually.
Out of Action: Casio F91W where the lug broke , perhaps best to buy a new one or use this for a modding project.
