What will be your next watch and why?

I guess when you are a watch collector, there will always be a next watch you look forward to. Share yours.

I'm deciding between a Seiko Alpinist, Hamilton Khaki Field Automatic, a Casioak and Smiths Everest. Do share which one would you pick out of these.

Smiths Everest is the most interesting to me. The others are all very popular.

·

My next watch will most likely be a Casio AE-1200 as a father/son package for my last child graduating from High School (if he gets his shit together).

It might not be my next watch though if I see a 50's-60's era vintage piece in good condition for a reasonable price.

I’d go Hamilton. My next is IWC. I’m trying to add a pilot watch and expand into IWC. They have great history.

·

I'm doing a custom watch build soon, so that lol. The reason is because I've always enjoyed building models along with watch collecting as my favorite hobbies. I've also wanted an skx, but wanted to make it better and more suited for my style and tastes. So the natural step is to just do it myself!

I think my next watch will be the Oris Big Crown Pointer date Cervo Volante with the blue dial. As the dial to me is really pretty 😍.

·

The most expensive RM. because I have very vivid dreams apparently

·

Does it depend if I win the powerball?

·

Chris Ward Bel Canto. Have to wait until 7/24. Ouch.

It is. I got my Smiths GMT, and absolutely love it. Smiths is highly underrated.

Amazing choice, on my list :)

Very true. I'll check them out. Which one are you thinking of getting?

Nice do share photos and your progress :)

A Radia Trinity, which is scheduled to arrive next month. Purchased for the simple aesthetics of the watch. Stands out from the pack without yelling at innocent passerby.

My next watch will be the CW C65 Dune Bronze. There is something about this colour combination that I find very attractive.

Never heard of this microbrand before. They have nice looking watches. Thanks for sharing.

My next watch will be the one that after our date takes me home :)

Ever since @Uhrologe did that piece about German watch brands, I have my eyes on the Zeppelin Hindenburg Mondphase ladies' version. I still haven't pulled the trigger as I'm trying to justify an almost 300€ spend for a watch that doesn't have Sapphire crystal 😅

I just saw that they launged new models of them if 36mm fit's to you.

Breitling Avenger 2 Seawolf, black dial and going to swap out the steel bracelet for this black leather one. Not a fan of the new Avenger with baton indices so going for a pre-owned 2019 so I can get the Arabic numerals which I much prefer. This will be my second one, already have the cobra yellow variant on the steel bracelet. A great watch from a great brand with solid heritage. (and, I have to say, as good as, if not better than some, very over rated, Rolex)

Thanks for the info! Yeah, I could sport a 36mm

Still looking for watch with 12hr bezel. This might take awhile. 😞

I'm with Clive, I like the Smiths. I really never know what my next watch will be, but I would like to have a Tiffany/teal/turquoise/azure quartz watch for less than $100. I thought I saw a thin Casio greenish-teal model a while back (NOT the Tiffany blue one you always see) but it seems to have disappeared. That, or I just hallucinated the whole thing.

My next watch. Should arrive in the morning.

That's a sharp watch for a good price. I have the blue one in that same family.

I have been thinking about it too long. Aragon Millipede Evo NH35

I can't decide between 44 or 50mm.

Yes, I want a nice BIG face watch.

50mm. Not only will the dial look great, there'll be lots more of it.

It's decided then

I can't answer the first question. And even if I could, that doesn't necessarily mean I could answer the second.

I think this is going to be my next watch too - in green with the bronze bracelet.
