In my experience the AD will let you use a credit card without adding any extra fees. They will likely take down some additional personal information if it's a pretty big purchase.

Like most here, I wouldn't buy a wrist watch I couldn't pay outright. I don't carry over credit card debt, I pay it off in full every month. But I prefer to purchase using a credit card for points and security.

Also own a Scuba Dude. Love the teal green version. Small wrist and it fits perfectly. I couldn't resize the bracelet and had to take it to a jeweler. They also had a lot of trouble but eventually got it. The pins were difficult.
