Which watch from your collection you'd say is the most unique? (at least in your eyes)

For me is my Oris Art Blakey. For starters this model is a 1000 pieces limited edition, but thats not reason why is unique for me, but for the design. A very clean dial with what I think Oris does best: To subtlety commemorate something, in this case one of my top 3 drummers.

I've been a drummer for most of my life, so when I saw this model coming up it was a no brainer. Sadly, my dog (named Travis after another of my top drummers) had passed maybe a week before I discovered this specific model. So I got the watch also to commemorate his life.

I really like watches that are somewhat out of the ordinary, and have some in my collection.

Bradley eOne - designed for the visually impaired, allowing time to be "read" by feel via ball bearings on the dial and side of the watch

Image

"Slow" 1 hander using 24 hour format for displaying the time.

Image

Humism Dasein - uses 3 rotating discs for hours, minutes and seconds, resulting in mesmerizing displays

Image

Vintage JLC "mystery dial" with "floating" hands.

Image

Phantasos Triclops - uses wandering hours display to tell time

Image

Rolex Cellini Prince - until the 2023 release of the 1908 and selected Daytona models, the only Rolex that I'm aware of with a display caseback

Unique is used in an interesting way in this thread...

A "piece unique" would be truly one of a kind as the definition of unique implies that there is only one.

"Most Unusual" watch would be more appropriate for what has been posted...though my guess is that some members of this community truly have a "piece unique".

I have yet to order a piece unique from any of the major brands.

I do have some fun customized pieces made by Jerome @Ichibunz ...

And the handmade dials by @Cormac for his 47zero watches are unique by the nature of each being slightly different...

Image
Image

Like Robert @robertsamble, I'm also a fan of the Oris Jazz Heritage series of watches...I have the Chet Baker, John Coltrane and Frank Sinatra references...

Image

Image

And I have a number of highly unusual...possibly unique...vintage watches.

One of my all-time favorites is this 1940s Minerva chronograph with Art Deco numerals on the dial...something I have never seen on the internet, in books or any auction references...plus it has a Pulsation scale which makes it a "Doctor's Watch" which is another cool and unusual feature...
