Finally succumbed to the Tissot PRX Automatic!

Tried the Tissot PRX automatic Ice blue dial at John Lewis and loved it so much we brought two matching watches 40mm for me and a 35mm my wife. It such an affordable watch with good looks. I think we found ourselves a clean good beater watch, what are you thoughts?

Christopher Ward is only slightly more and a non plastic movement. Would have been a better purchase in my eyes.

Double the cost but you're probably right seen the CW twelve and the quality is very nice, trouble is me wifey preffered the Tissot brand. I am happy with this 😀

There is no plastic in the prx. It is a patented synthetic material made lighter then metal to get more out of the powerreserve😁

Great lookin' pair😍

Great choice.

Good for you. I'm still undecided about them despite trying out the P80 40mm version last year. Maybe if they were a lot cheaper... I dunno.

Yeah I know what you mean cheap is certainly a factor, we brought these as we received a 25% discount so it seem like a great deal!

I love the PRX. I have the green. The ice blue is stunning 🤩

·

Great looking set. I took my wife to try on one of these smaller PRX models and we were both surprised by how thick the small version had stayed even though the size had shrunk. She ended up putting to wait for something else.

Did the thickness of the smaller model surprise you guys? Did your wife hesitate at all?

Love it! The color way and dial texture rock and the Tissot brand has a lot of history. 👍

I had tried this before and I was undecided between navy and ice blue. The wife instantly loved the look and found it very wearable, we both decided to go for the matching ice blue:)
