Timex T2M422 - information ? history?

I am just the other side of 60yrs old 😀 and have just started collecting - I can't find much info on a timex I managed to get for a cheap price - any info would be appreciated.

UK - ebay (online charity) - I took a gamble and it was as described i.e. never been worn 😀
Welcome to the site! I am also someone who came here upon seeing a recommendation from @benswatchclub. It doesn't seem that there is much information beyond what @morganthedruid provided. Released in 2010 and discontinued.
@benswatchclub is also responsible for me becoming a regular around here.

Soooo much nicer than the Timex pieces of 10 years ago.
I had a Fossil slight similar to this but more larger. What I know now that I didn't knew then.
Benswatchclub is one of the best YouTube influencers around. That Timex is only the start. It will have friends in no time.
