Welcome to another sequel to the watch under the microscope. Today we're going to take a look at a piece I acquired sometime in 2009. It was the first better watch I bought as an adult. The special feature of this model is the carbon slice on the dial, which was a must-have for me as an avid cyclist. The watch is powered by a Miyota OS90 movement that can measure 1/100th of a second on the central seconds hand. Additionally, my piece is one of the most accurate in my collection, running about 3-4 seconds to the plus side between time changes.
Well, let's take a closer look. The print doesn't look bad, the hands are also fairly clean. Personally, I find the application of the luminescent layer to be crooked and particularly rough in texture. Incidentally, the lume on the watch is really just for decoration, as it is weak with poor longevity.
The carbon slice is indeed a piece of carbon and you can clearly see its transition into the rest of the dial. The paint on the sub-dial hands is applied well. The indices are far from clean. Just for interest, I also took a picture of the embossed bezel (fixed) and the fake screw.
Considering that this is an affordable mass-produced watch, I rate it quite well.

Enchanting once again!
I'm tempted to send you my Aragon Dive Master 4 EVO just to get a better look at it. I'm sure you may find some imperfections, but it will probably just make me love it more 😁
No microscope, just my old Samsung Galaxy Note 9
