Accuracy with mechanical movements is a complicated topic. It all depends on power reserve, temperature, position... When worn 12 hours a day and then 12 face up, my Proxima PX1683 with NH35 movement was dead accurate for a whole week.
Longines Conquest as Well as Wise Adamascus AD8 can be around +1 sec a day when worn during the day and then positioned in a particular way to rest.
