Help with strap choice
I just got this Seamaster 166.067 for a great deal (non-original crown but that’s fine for the price) and I’m trying to figure out what strap to put it on. Currently I have it on my only 18mm strap which is a black alligator texture leather strap which I got for a different watch. I’m considering to two other straps as well, with the goal of dressing the watch down a bit. Sorry in advance for my atrocious quick photo editing.

What do you usually wear otherwise? What color shoes and belt?
If you want to dress it down I would possibly consider a metal bracelet as well.
We all have different tastes in strap colors.
I’m much more conservative so I’d go for a dark brown / espresso strap or black with same color stitching.
If you go contrast stitching and lighter in strap color, it’ll be more and more casual.

Brown alligator for dress down/jeans will be really nice.
Black will always be classic
It depends on your outfit : it should match belt and shoes color.
Brown (aligator looks the best) if you have brown ones, black with black, both if you have both (take straps with quick release).

Beautiful pickup! I think lighter color straps would work great on it. Suede straps might be a good option down the line. Enjoy 🍻
