Easily the Aquanaut. Love the numbered indices and the textured dial. Also the most versatile watch of the 3 by far, to me at least.

Personally, I’d probably let go of the Air King and the Big Pilot, but for the sake of the game, let’s replace the BP with something from the Mark series from IWC.

My reasoning is that I’d probably never pick the AK over the other 2 in any scenario.

Are you replacing whichever you get rid of?

Go to really just depends on the mood; I do drip, pour over, French press, and espresso at least once per week.

Special occasion will most likely be a pour over, but it depends on the coffee at that point.
