Lots of hate on AP in here. I’ve loved every Code 11.59 I’ve seen. Both the lacquered enamel dials and the new dials on the steel models. I actually think the 11.59 is a better proof point for why AP belongs on the holy trinity list.
My wife and I both got into watches at the same time. When I got my Tudor Ceramic, she got a Tudor 58 925. When I got a Tudor Black Bay Pro, she got a Tudor Pelagos LHD. She also wears a Seiko Presage I gifted her. And for Christmas she got a Cartier Santos. It's been fun getting nerdy in this hobby with her!
If money was no object, she'd be rocking an Omega Ploprof.
