I hate it when other collectors and people in watch media talk about buying expensive watches like its “graduating” or “taking the step” or “time to move up” or even “getting your first big boy/girl watch”. Why is there this implied journey where you need to keep moving up in price? Bugs the hell outta me.

I’ve gone to Caliber Works Watch Repair for some Seiko mod stuff. They were great and I’ve heard other good things about them in regards to knowledge and watch servicing.
