to those that said just let her wear what she wants - she asked me to pick something out for her!! otherwise im always 100% in support of what she wants to do. my bad for not being clear in the original post 😅
i don't think i'd need a dress watch enough to justify buying one! since i wear scrubs to work every day, i would probably only dress up for special occasions. and i think i can be forgiven if i show up to my wedding wearing a BB58 😂
don't have any of these since i just graduated med school and am still a broke resident, but in a few years time these are what i will eventually own for my 3 watch collection
the daily:
rolex explorer 2 - i love the white dial version. i have family on both the west coast and east coast, so it's nice to keep track of pacific time and eastern time
the diver:
tudor black bay 58 - ever since i saw the BB58 it's been the grail watch i've always lusted after. probably will be the first nice watch i buy for myself once i graduate residency and become an attending
the beater:
mini casioak - i don't have large wrists (~6.5-7" depending on how hot/humid it is), so the original size is a no go, but otherwise how can you dislike the casioak???
