i need your help… for my partner
ok everyone - so ive been into watches basically since high school. ive been trying to get my partner into watches, but she loves her DW watch (🤢). she finally gave me the go ahead to get her a different watch, and her inspiration was the attached photo. now im sure all of you were thinking the same as i was - casio does it better 😤😤😤😤
now with that being said, i need your help! any suggestions?
she’s got tiny wrists (a 38mm diameter would prob be oversized for her). she uses stopwatches/timers a lot for her work, hence the digital watch.
will eventually get her an automatic watch but thats for another day

They have a few different variations of that style in 34 and 36mm.
My advice based on experience, just buy her what she likes, don't try to convince her that what she likes isn't "good"... It often just makes them upset.
This is out of left field and obviously not a digital watch but if she likes green (and Muppets), the Oris ProPilot Kermit. Size might be a factor though. Good luck and keep us posted. I have a similar problem, though luckily my wife isn’t into DW haha.

Spend some time with her going over some options on the internet together. She will likely express a preference towards some more than others. Doing this not only ensures that she gets something she likes and will wear but it also allows you to openly talk about watches with her, what’s good quality, why she likes a particular style, what prices are reasonable, etc. An open, non-confrontational dialogue where the end result is that she gets a new watch may only be the beginning of her interest in watches. Or not.
to those that said just let her wear what she wants - she asked me to pick something out for her!! otherwise im always 100% in support of what she wants to do. my bad for not being clear in the original post 😅

It was worth trying 😅 Not always easy to pinpoint what we like about a watch. And even harder for someone else
Why don't you buy her an assortment of those Evora watches ? Different colors. She seems to like it which is what counts.
