Sounds like you had an amazing experience!
I am currently tempted by the Omiwatari and the Kishun.
In one hand the Omiwatari has a more beautiful dial IMHO, a slimmer case and the emblematic spring drive caliber.
On the other hand, the Kishun has a classic round case (which I prefer), an interesting dial and a manual caliber more beautiful to look at IMHO and perhaps easier to service.

Nice watch and really great shots! I have several vintage watches but I wear them when I know my day will be quiet with no physical activity and the weather is nice. I like winding them but yes I am still anxious to break something when I do.
Nice looking and fun. Love the wearability, the black matte dial, the shiny bezel and the blue second hands. What I do not like are the no click rotating bezel, the original strap and the wobbly crown.
