I voted no on this. I don't wear a watch to bed. Last night I broke this rule and wore my Missus' health tracker watch thing to see how my sleep was. When I woke up this morning, I didn't have the watch anymore as had broken the band while sleeping. Add that to the list of reasons not to wear a watch during the night.
I fall asleep with my watch on often, but if I'm properly going to be then I take it off b/c I don't want to bang it on the headboard or night table or something. Also, there is the real possibility that my watch would covered in dog saliva . . . since my dog wakes us up in the morning for breakfast.
I wear a Casio digital in bed it's my "bed watch". I've often thought that bed watches could be its own sector of the market - lightweight with a strong light with large digits or hands to easily read at night or first thing in the morning.

Your problem doesn't seem to be wearing the health tracker to bed, but rather a flaw in the band's design! I regularly wear two watches to sleep—one for sleep tracking and another for timekeeping—without any issues. It’s important for wearables, especially those meant for overnight use, to have a design that can withstand regular nightly wear.
I’ve been collecting for a few years. I try to stick to the mantra of buying watches I like and not following trends. I’ve definitely made some mistakes but I try to learn from them.

At home, no, but on deployment absolutely. I prefer Seikos and Citizens because their lume is so good.
In a group of four it’s nice to know I’m a normal, rational functioning human being 👍🏻
Thanks for the confirmation 😉
Some of us just don’t wear anything in bed…😉
Just don't rub your face with your back hand or those dive bezel will ruin your day.

I wear my watch almost 24/7. The only time I take it off is when I'm...well...TMI.
😜
I'll just say I don't wanna scratch my wife's beautiful, delicate skin. 😍

Absolutely. On deployment / exercise it never comes off.

That’s a kind offer.

Once I put my watch on it only comes off to put a different one on.

I sleep wearing a watch and have not slept alone in several decades, my partner sleeps watching YouTube. That is far worse. I have to wear earplugs.

I've admitted this way too much with this question - I'll sleep with anything if I have enough beers in me LOL 😂
If it’s from home next to my night dresser. Any other place might be on me. I’m always the early bird even on vacations.
